Graduate Trainee

About the role

The Graduate Trainee program offers structured learning and on‑the‑job training across multiple departments in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in training rotations across Operations, Business Development, Customer Experience, Finance, Risk & Compliance and other departments.
• Support day‑to‑day departmental activities, projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research, analyse data and provide insights to aid business decision‑making.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation as required.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree from a recognised institution.
• 0–2 years post‑graduate work experience and completed NYSC.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
