Accountant – Full-time

About the role

Vis‑Ideal Concept Limited is seeking a diligent Accountant to manage the financial bookkeeping and reporting for the organisation. The role involves daily processing of invoices, payments, expense tracking and preparation of financial statements to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, record payments and track organisational expenses.
• Maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other financial records.
• Enter data using defined accounting software and generate reports, budgets and financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting and internal audits.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank accounts with the general ledger.
• Verify invoice accuracy, resolve billing disputes and liaise with collection agencies.
• Develop and manage financial policies, systems and internal controls.
• Prepare tax‑related documentation and oversee benefits and compensation packages.
• Support marketing executives with back‑office sales tasks and create financial reports on campaigns.
• Maintain digital and physical records of invoices, contracts and other financial documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
• Relevant work experience as an Account Officer, Management Accountant or similar role.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Strong analytical, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
