Account Manager – Experiential Marketing

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary strategic liaison for clients, driving the conception and delivery of experiential marketing campaigns and brand activations across Lagos and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagement, translating briefs into insight‑driven experiential concepts.
• Direct cross‑functional teams (project execution, operations, design, digital) through end‑to‑end campaign delivery.
• Manage timelines, workflows, approvals and ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop and control budgets, keeping activations within financial targets.
• Provide on‑ground leadership for event teams, promoters and hostesses.
• Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Prepare post‑event reports, insights and performance evaluations.
• Strengthen client relationships to drive retention, upsell and long‑term partnership value.
• Implement internal processes that boost efficiency and creativity.
• Collaborate with social media and digital teams to amplify campaign reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in client service, account management, experiential marketing or event management.
• Proven ability to manage corporate clients and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in an experiential marketing agency is strongly preferred.
