About the role
Lotus Beta Analytics is hiring an Account Intern in Abuja, Nigeria, to support its accounting and finance operations. The role covers day-to-day bookkeeping, document preparation and basic accounts payable and receivable work.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions and keeping accurate accounting records.
- Support the preparation of payment vouchers, invoices, receipts and other financial documents.
- Help with bank reconciliations and verification of financial transactions.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including monitoring outstanding invoices, customer payments and vendor balances.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records, physical and electronic.
- Assist in preparing expense reports, financial summaries and periodic accounting reports.
- Support payroll documentation and other finance-related administrative tasks when required.
Required profile
- A minimum of 1 year of experience.
- A minimum of an HND in a related field.
