Zonal Manager – TEC Appliances (G5)

About the role

PZ Cussons, a leading consumer products group, is seeking a Zonal Manager for its TEC Appliances (G5) business in Ilupeju, Lagos. The role focuses on managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring trade pricing and promotion compliance across the zone.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the zone, including EXC (SB Dept.) and total TRD/MB sales.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts.
• Maintain monthly journey plans for customer contact and engagement.
• Manage product listings, delist run‑out models, and expand distribution penetration.
• Conduct price compliance audits and monitor promotional ROI.
• Coach the Sales Supervisor and oversee showroom display standards.
• Implement credit policy with zero tolerance for bad debts and manage stock for the zone.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in any discipline.
• 5‑8 years of experience in FMCDs or retail, managing mega distributors.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and credit control.
• High energy, motivation, and resilience with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 80%).
