About the role
Winnyz Catering is hiring a waiter or waitress in its restaurant in Abuja, Marina. The role covers customer service, order taking, table care and cash handling at the counter.
Key responsibilities
- Greet all customers warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant.
- Accurately take customer orders at the counter.
- Keep serving counters, trays, tables and dining areas clean.
- Stay up to date with the full menu, daily specials, new items, prices and ongoing promotions.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process cash, card or electronic transactions.
- Count cash accurately, issue receipts and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shift.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of a BSc.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
