Vendor Partnerships & Onboarding Lead

About the role

The GrowBox Marketplace is seeking a Vendor Partnerships & Onboarding Lead to expand its green‑focused vendor network. You will identify, engage and onboard businesses that sell plants, gardening supplies and related eco‑products, ensuring their listings are live and active on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential vendors across plants, nurseries, gardening, agriculture, plant‑based and natural product categories.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and reach out via WhatsApp, calls, email and social media.
• Communicate GrowBox Marketplace’s value proposition and convert qualified prospects into active vendors.
• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process, collecting product catalogs, pricing, images and inventory data.
• Verify that vendor stores and product listings are accurate and ready for launch.
• Follow up with vendors to keep them active, update products and fulfil orders.
• Develop strong relationships and explore deeper partnership opportunities.
• Track acquisition, onboarding and activation metrics and report on performance.
• Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding flow and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Fast‑moving, highly organized and commercially minded.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vendor relationships.
• Self‑starter who can work independently to meet acquisition targets.
