Transaction Officer

About the role

The Transaction Officer will manage daily cash movements and electronic transfers for Kayomix Ltd, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for both customers and the company. This role supports the finance team by maintaining reliable transaction records and delivering a professional service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process bank deposits, withdrawals and electronic fund transfers.
• Verify that each transaction is executed quickly and reflected correctly in accounts.
• Explain transaction fees, resolve statement errors and educate customers on payment methods.
• Maintain trust by providing a smooth and professional customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• High‑level numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and ability to ensure regulatory compliance and fraud detection.
• Professional integrity, strong ethics and effective communication skills.
• Must be based around NIPCO Filling Station; NYSC discharge certificate is an advantage.
