Tele‑Sales & Marketing Executive – Retail Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, target‑driven Tele‑Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Lagos office. You will generate leads, promote retail insurance products, convert prospects into policyholders and nurture ongoing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and drive sales of retail insurance products.
• Introduce and promote the company’s insurance and financial protection offerings via phone, WhatsApp, email and other approved channels.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers and maintain a structured follow‑up pipeline.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, renewals and cross‑selling.
• Support retail sales and marketing initiatives, participate in promotional campaigns and provide market feedback to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in tele‑sales, customer acquisition or related sales roles.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over phone and digital channels.
• Target‑driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Good understanding of insurance or financial protection products is an advantage.

• Monthly salary between ₦100,000 and ₦200,000 plus performance‑based commission.
