Technical Recruiter – AI Recruitment Tool (Remote)

About the role

This remote position focuses on building and enhancing Zara, an AI‑powered recruitment platform that automates candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable machine‑learning solutions that improve hiring efficiency and reduce bias.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and fine‑tune machine‑learning models to boost candidate matching accuracy.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and external job platforms via RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to curate training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical AI standards throughout the recruitment workflow.

Required profile

• Strong background in machine learning and natural‑language processing.
• Experience deploying scalable AI systems in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
