About the role
The Talent Acquisition Officer will lead the recruitment process for all vacancies at Perona Beauty, focusing on retail positions. You will build talent pipelines, screen candidates, and partner with department heads to secure the best talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all company vacancies.
- Source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for retail roles.
- Screen applications, conduct telephone and online interviews, and recommend strong candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment history when required.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for retail or sales positions.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Experience using recruitment platforms to source candidates.
