About the role
The Star Development Coordinator (SDC) leads the recruitment, training and onboarding of Jaza Stars – sales agents – for new sites in the expansion pipeline. The SDC ensures that recruited agents are competent, well‑trained and aligned with company goals.
Key responsibilities
- Advertise open Jaza Star positions extensively for new expansion sites.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: attract candidates, conduct interviews, and select suitable agents.
- Plan and deliver classroom and on‑site training, updating materials as needed.
- Oversee onboarding actions, including dashboard registration, contract signing, and documentation filing.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to meet interview and training criteria.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Experience recruiting talent in rural or remote environments.
- Strong community networking ability and familiarity with local languages or dialects.
- Proven problem‑solving, planning and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- In‑person interview techniques.
- Recruitment strategy development.
- Documentation and contract management.
