Star Development Coordinator

About the role

The Star Development Coordinator will lead the acquisition, training, and onboarding of Jaza Stars (sales agents) for new sites in the expansion pipeline. This role ensures that recruited agents are competent, well‑trained, and aligned with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – advertising, interviewing, and hiring – for Jaza Stars in new expansion sites.
• Design, deliver, and continuously update classroom and on‑site training materials.
• Oversee onboarding actions, including registration on the Dashboard, contract signing, and documentation filing.
• Monitor candidate pipelines to meet interview and training criteria, and arrange interview and training logistics per site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Experience recruiting talent in rural or remote environments.
• Strong community networks and ability to position the company as an attractive local employer.
• Proven ability to conduct in‑person interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit.
• Excellent planning, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills for close‑knit community settings.
