Solution Sales Executive - Lagos

About the role

We are seeking a driven, target‑oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Lagos. You will engage prospective clients, present our ICT and SaaS solutions, and close deals in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
• Present and demonstrate ICT services, B2B SaaS applications, and marketplace offerings.
• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM and Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Pre‑Sales, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2–4 years proven experience in a Sales or Account Executive role, preferably in ICT, SaaS, or consulting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
