Solar PV Instructor (part‑time) and Quality Assurance Roles

About the role

Instollar Academy, the training arm of Instollar Technologies, is seeking three certified professionals on a part‑time basis to support its solar installer training programme in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Assessor (QAA): assess learners, observe practical tasks and sign off evidence.
• Internal Quality Assurance Manager (IQAM): sample assessments, run standardisation sessions and sign off quality records.
• NSQ Level 3 Instructor (Solar PV Installation): deliver the NSQ Solar PV programme and guide learners through practical training.

Required profile

• Valid NBTE‑recognised QAA or IQAM certificate for QA roles.
• NSQ Level 3 (or higher) certification in Solar PV Installation or a closely related electrical trade for the instructor role.
• Relevant experience in electrical, solar PV or a related technical trade (preferred for all roles).
• Availability for scheduled training and assessment days in Lagos.

Required skills

• Solar PV installation knowledge.
• Electrical trade competence.
