Partner Enablement Lead

About the role

The Partner Enablement Lead will work within Peek’s Partner Enablement team to help implementing partners and software users in low‑ and middle‑income countries adopt and use Peek’s eye‑health platform confidently. This coaching and facilitation role focuses on training, quality assurance and ongoing support to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding, enablement and in‑country Software User Training (SUT) using Peek’s digital and non‑digital learning assets.
• Coach partner trainers (Trainer‑of‑Trainers, Partner‑as‑Trainer) and quality‑assure cascade training models through on‑site observation and remote monitoring.
• Own software adoption outcomes, monitor usage and engagement, and intervene with coaching or configuration adjustments to improve screening and referral metrics.
• Attend programme design workshops, configure solutions with country Programme Management Leads, and validate workflows before training.
• Tri­age partner queries, tickets and enhancement requests, providing first‑line support and escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years experience as a teacher, trainer or facilitator.
• Experience delivering remote training to teams in low‑ and middle‑income countries.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration and user adoption processes.
• Proven ability to manage partner relationships, set expectations and drive programme outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
