Learning Academy Director

About the role

The Crown Interactive Academy seeks a senior leader to build a commercially disciplined capability and certification platform that drives technology adoption, expands implementation capacity and generates sustainable training revenue across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Define Academy portfolio, pricing, revenue model and annual operating plan; build programmes aligned to business growth and customer adoption.
• Create role‑based curricula, assessments and certification standards, maintaining version control and certification integrity.
• Plan cohorts, instructors, learning platforms and logistics; measure completion, pass rates, satisfaction and learning outcomes.
• Measure training impact on product adoption and implementation quality; build pools of certified implementers and support personnel.
• Maintain technical accuracy with CTIO/CTO, collaborate with CMO on positioning, and support regional operations with local capability‑building models.

Required profile

• Senior experience in learning, professional certification, technology enablement or capability‑development leadership.
• Proven track record managing commercial training portfolios and quality standards.
• Ability to build partner/instructor ecosystems and measure learning impact.
• Strong programme management and stakeholder capability.
