Social Media Strategist

About the role

Swift Consulting is seeking a proactive Social Media Strategist to shape and execute its digital presence across multiple platforms. The role focuses on creating engaging content, growing audience interaction, and supporting lead generation for the company’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business objectives.
• Create and schedule compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok and other channels.
• Design graphics, flyers, banners and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Manage day‑to‑day activity on company accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and emerging digital opportunities.
• Plan and run paid social campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
• Analyse performance metrics and produce regular reports with actionable insights.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media strategy, management or digital marketing.
• Strong written communication, storytelling and copy‑writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
