Social Media Manager – Lagos (Hybrid)

About the role

Adduvia Digital Limited is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to own the digital presence of 3‑4 client brands. Based in Lagos with a hybrid work model, you will turn content into visibility, engagement and leads across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
• Write compelling captions, hooks and content ideas that drive interaction.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce video‑first assets (Reels, TikTok).
• Maintain consistent posting schedules and brand visibility.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise content and report growth.
• Engage with audiences through comments, direct messages and community building.
• Stay current with social trends and adapt them to client strategies.
• Contribute to scriptwriting and content direction when needed.

Required profile

• Based in Lagos and able to attend occasional on‑site shoots.
• Own a good smartphone (iPhone preferred) for content support.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple brands without quality loss.
• Motivated to grow in a fast‑paced agency environment and take ownership of results.

What we offer

• Monthly compensation of ₦70,000.
