Service Sales Executive – Enterprise Business

About the role

The Service Sales Executive – Enterprise Business will drive profitable growth of IT services across the enterprise segment in Nigeria. You will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective account management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end IT solution and services sales for the MEA region, meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and half‑yearly targets.
• Generate and qualify leads, develop BOQs, craft value propositions, set pricing strategies, negotiate and close deals.
• Design and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design cost‑effective solutions and present proposals to customers.
• Follow up on payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Maintain existing customer relationships, resolve escalations promptly, and identify opportunities to increase share of wallet.
• Conduct regular meetings with vendors and partners, develop joint sales plans, and provide sales tools and support to enable partner selling.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT services sales, preferably in technology solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of storage, compute products and emerging technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, planning, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proven communication and negotiation skills.
