Service Engineer (Concrete Equipment)

About the role

The Service Engineer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of concrete equipment service, from receiving and installation to maintenance, troubleshooting and customer support. This role ensures equipment reliability and contributes to product improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute service work orders covering delivery, inspection, cleaning, maintenance, overhaul and troubleshooting of concrete equipment.
• Handle machine receiving, dismantling, shipping, installation, operation, rust‑proofing and cleaning.
• Participate in product improvement programs, upgrade technology and provide feedback on quality issues.
• Submit service order, dispatch, TSI information and warranty part applications.
• Offer technical solutions to customers, sell spare parts and meet spare‑part sales targets.
• Gather feedback on local service policies, competitor activity and resource information.
• Support service branding, customer reception activities and warranty claim processing.
• Assist the supervisor in delivering technical training.

Required profile

• College degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience with concrete equipment such as pump trucks and mixer trucks.
• Strong knowledge of concrete equipment structure, assembly, debugging, engine, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to diagnose and analyse general mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems.
• Preferred driver’s licence allowing operation of concrete equipment.
