Service Coordinator

About the role

Accelleron is looking for a Service Coordinator to drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in service job execution. You will be the single point of contact for customers during service jobs, coordinating resources, quotes, and ensuring seamless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage 24‑hour service availability and emergency duty.
• Coordinate and plan all service/repair jobs with customers, applying division policies.
• Allocate necessary resources, spare parts, and tools for each service job.
• Handle internal service job assignments and ensure technical specifications meet customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and quality standards during service execution.
• Manage the service order process from quotation through invoicing.
• Use ATURB MOBILE for job planning, data recording, and finalization while maintaining data quality.
• Monitor financial performance of orders and drive customer satisfaction.
• Register all required data in the ERP system and collaborate with Technical Advisors on warranty cases.
• Provide market intelligence feedback to business development, sales, and related functions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, or service operations, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
• Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage service orders from purchase order to invoicing.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts coordination and order management.
• Experience coordinating field service activities, including travel arrangements and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on timely responses.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
