Senior Sales Executive - Creative & Art Industry

About the role

A recruitment firm acting on behalf of its client in the creative and art industry is looking for a driven, creative Sales Executive in Lagos. The role drives revenue growth, builds strong client relationships and promotes creative and art products and services. It is a hybrid position with a stated net salary of 200,000 plus attractive commission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new B2B and B2C clients for creative and art products and services
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, galleries, corporate clients and art enthusiasts
• Present, promote and sell products and services to prospective customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct market research to find selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
• Prepare and deliver product presentations
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions and pipeline reports

Required profile

• BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Fine Arts or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the creative, art, printing, media, advertising or design industry
• Demonstrable B2B and B2C sales experience
• Strong understanding of the Lagos creative and art market
• Must reside in Lagos
