Senior Product Designer - UX Design

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for executing high‑quality designs for our financial products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and effective. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor junior designers, and champion user‑centred design within the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute design strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Lead the end‑to‑end design process from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI execution.
• Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate and refine design solutions.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Design scalable UI components and contribute to the evolving design system.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles across all products.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a senior product design role with a strong focus on UX.
• Demonstrated ability to lead impactful projects and mentor junior designers.
• Deep understanding of behavioural psychology and its influence on user decision‑making.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments, with knowledge of industry challenges.
