About the role

The Senior Investment Advisor role is a full‑time, on‑site position in Lagos, focused on delivering comprehensive investment advice and tailored financial plans to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive investment advice and develop tailored financial plans.
• Design investment strategies aligned with clients’ goals and risk profiles.
• Analyze market trends and evaluate financial products.
• Regularly review and optimise client portfolios.
• Meet with clients, respond to inquiries and deliver clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Prepare reports, stay updated on regulatory changes and contribute to advisory process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to assess client needs.
• Expertise in Investments and Investment Strategies to construct and monitor portfolios.
• Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities to build trust and manage relationships.
• Professional experience in investment advisory, wealth management or related financial services.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields; certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
