Wealth Manager – Retail Sales Officer

About the role

The Retail Sales Officer will drive growth of Assets Under Management by sourcing, acquiring, and retaining retail and individual investors. This performance‑driven role targets monthly investment mobilisation ranging from ₦25 million to ₦500 million.

Key responsibilities

• Source and mobilise investment funds from retail clients, high‑net‑worth individuals, professionals and business owners.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly AUM targets and maintain an active pipeline of prospects.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, explain investment products and present suitable solutions.
• Monitor client portfolios, provide regular updates and encourage additional investments.
• Collaborate with investment, operations and customer service teams for seamless onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, wealth or asset management, banking or financial services.
• Current responsibility for at least ₦100 million AUM or proven track record of mobilising similar funds.
• Strong personal network capable of supporting investment mobilisation.
• High integrity, professionalism and ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Deep understanding of investment products and financial markets.
