Senior Financial Advisory Officer

About the role

The Senior Financial Advisory Officer will lead the origination and execution of financing mandates, working closely with prospective clients and institutional investors to structure and raise capital.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients, develop relationships and identify funding opportunities.
• Prepare and submit Expressions of Interest, technical and financial proposals, pitch materials and client presentations.
• Design financial structures, funding proposals, transaction terms and financial models.
• Lead transaction execution, including work‑plan creation, responsibility matrices, timelines and progress reporting.
• Coordinate transaction workstreams, meetings, data rooms and statutory filings.
• Plan and execute investor engagement, distribution activities and post‑offer compliance.
• Manage multiple mandates, review junior team outputs and improve advisory templates.

Required profile

• First degree with strong academic record; Master’s degree and/or ACA, ACCA, CFA preferred.
• 5‑7 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, capital markets or transaction advisory.
• Demonstrated experience leading capital‑raising or securities‑issuance transactions.
• Knowledge of financial structuring, corporate finance, regulatory filings and listing requirements.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
