Sales Team Lead

About the role

GAS360 is expanding its Clean Cooking Initiative to provide safe, efficient LPG solutions across Lafia, Ushafa, Sauka, and Karu. The Sales Team Lead will oversee field operations, manage inventory, and drive community adoption of clean energy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations, sales agents, and community engagement teams throughout Nasarawa State.
• Set operational goals, track key metrics, evaluate performance, and submit regular progress reports.
• Manage local warehouse inventory, monitor cylinder movements, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Lead awareness campaigns and stakeholder meetings to educate communities on clean cooking benefits.
• Train, mentor, and appraise field staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, SOPs, and project guidelines at field sites and storage locations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in field operations management, team leadership, direct sales, or project coordination, preferably in telecom/fintech.
• Strong people‑management, interpersonal, and team‑building abilities.
• Familiarity with the geographical, economic, and cultural context of Lafia, Ushafa, Sauka, and Karu.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and passionate about clean energy and social impact.
• Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in Hausa or local languages is a plus.
