Executive Officer

About the role

RESS is seeking a senior business builder to shape strategy, drive growth and establish operational systems for its super‑app platform. This hands‑on executive will own outcomes and turn opportunities into commercial reality.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to overall business strategy and direction, identifying new markets, partnerships and revenue channels.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, building efficient, scalable systems and processes.
• Lead teams toward clear commercial objectives and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor performance, costs and KPIs, and represent the organisation in high‑level meetings and negotiations.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience building a business from the ground up, launching or scaling a startup, or growing a major business unit.
• 7+ years of senior‑level or entrepreneurial experience with measurable impact on revenue, customers or market position.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Technology or related fields.

Required skills

• Strong commercial, operational and leadership capabilities.
• Solid IT and digital literacy with practical experience using technology, systems or digital tools to drive efficiency and growth.
