Sales & Marketing Executive – Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Salesperson to join Heirs Life Assurance. The role involves driving new business, nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets, directly impacting company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and social media.
• Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products and communicate their value to prospects.
• Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations for individuals and corporate prospects.
• Negotiate terms, finalize contracts and close deals that meet client and company goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance objectives.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and referrals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
