Sales & Marketing Assistant – Juice Kiosk

About the role

Social Acquisition Ltd is hiring a full-time Sales & Marketing Assistant for its juice kiosk in Marina, Lagos. The role combines customer-facing sales and promotion, daily kiosk upkeep, weekly juice production and street-side promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, promote the juices and their offers and new flavours, and encourage passers-by to stop, sample and buy
• Recommend products according to customer tastes and upsell where appropriate
• Share ideas for promotions, displays and ways to attract more customers, and help promote the business on the street around the kiosk
• Set up the kiosk each morning (stock, signage, equipment, displays) and dismantle, pack away and secure it at the end of the day
• Keep the kiosk clean, tidy and welcoming, monitor stock levels and alert the manager when supplies are running low
• Join the team once a week to prepare fruit juices (washing, cutting, juicing, bottling and labelling) and keep the production area clean and organised

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing and confident when talking to the public
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Willingness to follow food hygiene and safety procedures
