Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead and motivate a team of sales executives to drive the sale of lands, apartments, and other real‑estate offerings. You will develop strategies to meet monthly and annual targets while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for real‑estate products.
• Set individual and team targets and monitor performance.
• Generate new leads and identify growth opportunities.
• Track sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales executives.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer demands.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to support sales growth.
• Resolve client concerns and ensure smooth documentation processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real‑estate sales.
• Proven experience in sales management or team‑leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the real‑estate market and property sales process.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, manage, and motivate a sales team.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, confident, and highly driven.
• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field is an advantage.
