Sales Manager

About the role

Davidorlah Farms is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and motivate its sales team in Lagos. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple online channels and ensuring seamless order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer conversion.
• Monitor leads from Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, website enquiries and referrals.
• Track key metrics such as conversion rate, revenue, average order value and cancellations.
• Set individual and team KPIs, conduct performance reviews and coach representatives on objection handling and closing techniques.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance and Operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Recruit, onboard, train and evaluate sales team members as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce, retail, FMCG or high‑volume telesales.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a sales team with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Strong understanding of online sales funnels and lead conversion.
