Sales Manager

About the role

Arab Space Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its real‑estate sales team in Lagos. You will drive revenue growth, manage the sales pipeline, and build strategic relationships with developers, investors and high‑value clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, monitoring performance and intervening early when needed.
• Produce regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market intelligence to guide business decisions.
• Scout premium residential, commercial and investment properties, establishing lasting relationships with developers, landlords and estate managers.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales pipeline, allocate leads fairly, log all leads and optimise conversion rates.
• Maintain relationships with top clients, support complex negotiations and attend key property inspections.
• Recruit, onboard and mentor a network of freelance realtors, ensuring collaborative performance.
• Coach sales consultants, run performance reviews, implement improvement plans and publicly recognise strong results.
• Collaborate with marketing and videography teams to align campaigns, lead generation and property launches.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification in a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience (approximately 36 months).
