Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Gidi Steel Properties Limited is hiring a Sales Executive in Abuja (Marina) to generate new business and close deals for its real estate offerings. The role covers lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing and relationship management, with a target-driven approach and comfort with fieldwork and property site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting: find new customers through cold calling, networking, digital outreach and market research, and qualify leads against the target market and buyer persona.
• Pitching and demonstrations: present products and services, and deliver customized quotes, price structures and service packages.
• Negotiation and closing: discuss pricing, delivery schedules and contract terms, and convert leads into paying customers to meet monthly or quarterly revenue targets.
• Relationship management: keep existing customers satisfied and encourage repeat business, and handle upselling of upgraded or complementary products.
• Market research and reporting: monitor competitor pricing, product changes and marketing shifts, log activity in CRM tools and report pipeline progress and forecasts to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND and equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; prior real estate or financial services experience is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of real estate, property valuation and investment concepts.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, property site visits and working in a target-driven environment in Abuja.

Required skills

• Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion skills, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, email and office productivity software.
• Strong organization and time management, able to prioritize and work independently on-site.
