Sales Executive – Luxury Cigar Brand (Lagos)

About the role

Our client, an established luxury cigar brand with a 10‑year heritage from Mozambique, is expanding its distribution across Lagos, Nigeria. The role involves acquiring and managing premium HORECA accounts, building relationships with venue owners and procurement leads, and driving sales volume to secure market share.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and onboard luxury bars, lounges, high‑end restaurants, nightclubs and 5‑star hotels, negotiating distribution agreements and shelf placement.
• Maintain regular account visits to monitor inventory, display quality and consumer engagement, adapting schedules for night‑trade operations.
• Achieve monthly sales and distribution activation targets, analysing market trends, pricing and competitor activity.
• Report pipeline, stock movement and market intelligence to the Managing Director while managing route schedules and travel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Humanities or related field.
• 2–5 years of sales and account management experience in FMCG, premium spirits, tobacco, luxury retail or HORECA.
• Own a functional private vehicle or be comfortable using ride‑hailing services for extensive field visits.
• Self‑motivated, commercially mature and able to work autonomously.

• Base net salary of ₦400,000 – ₦450,000 per month, flexible based on experience.
