Sales Executive - Interior Design & Luxury Furniture

About the role

A full-time Sales Executive is sought to lead sales initiatives, drive business growth and strengthen client relationships within the interior design and luxury furniture industry. The role covers sales strategy, business development, showroom management, client consultation and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies, prospect and convert new business, and negotiate and close high-value deals
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, corporate organisations and high-net-worth individuals
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasts
• Support marketing campaigns, keep the customer and prospect database up to date, and manage follow-ups to improve retention and referrals
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and after-sales support
• Oversee showroom operations, give interior design consultations and recommend products, working with the design team
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, keep records of quotations and project progress, and monitor market trends and competitors

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, interior design or a related field
• Minimum 4-5 years of proven sales experience, including in interior design, furniture, home décor, architecture or luxury lifestyle
• Consistently exceeding sales targets; strong network in real estate, construction or architecture is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and lead a high-performing sales team

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

What we offer

• Salary budget of N450,000 net, approximately N550,000 net
• HMO, commission, 13 months and discretionary bonuses
