Sales Executive – B2B Technology Solutions

About the role

Ascentree Services is looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive to sell B2B technology solutions to organisations. The role is hands‑on, revenue‑focused and involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect organisations that could benefit from Ascentree's technology solutions, including professional services firms.
• Build relationships with senior decision‑makers such as CEOs, CFOs, HR leaders, IT heads and operations executives.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand operational challenges, budgets and decision criteria.
• Present solutions, coordinate product demonstrations and develop commercial proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close new business and manage the end‑to‑end sales pipeline with accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with implementation and customer‑facing teams for smooth handover after contract signing.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling and referral opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Gather market feedback to inform product positioning and sales strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling technology, software, SaaS or enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record of independently managing opportunities and closing B2B deals.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate business value to senior and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing a structured sales pipeline and using CRM tools.
