Sales Development Representative

About the role

Immigify is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients worldwide, helping them navigate complex immigration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and sales opportunities across multiple channels.
• Generate leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, networking, and other methods.
• Engage prospects to understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments, demos, or sales meetings.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to refine lead‑generation strategies and share market feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to build lasting professional relationships.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking activities to expand the pipeline.
• Meet or exceed agreed lead‑generation and sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, or customer acquisition.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Confidence engaging with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with solid time‑management and follow‑up skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a remote, target‑driven environment.
