Sales Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Business Development Executive to expand our presence across premium fashion boutiques and occasion‑wear retailers in Nigeria. You will be the face of Grande Luxe Collection, building relationships with boutique owners, buyers and key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable premium fashion boutiques and occasion‑wear retailers nationwide.
• Contact boutique owners, buyers and decision‑makers via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Present the brand, product range and commercial offer, handling objections and negotiating paid orders.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, follow‑ups and sales opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress toward monthly targets.
• Develop long‑term wholesale and retail partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven sales or business development experience in fashion, clothing, retail or wholesale.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with confidence speaking to senior decision‑makers.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional appearance and proactive, target‑driven attitude.
• Good understanding of the Nigerian fashion and retail market.
• Based in Nigeria with existing relationships with fashion boutiques or buyers considered a plus.
