Sales Business Development & Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Business Development & Digital Marketing Officer to join a growing media and creative studio in Lagos. The role combines sales, client acquisition, and digital promotion to turn visibility into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities for the studio.
• Promote the studio’s facilities and services to individuals, brands, agencies and organisations both onsite and in the field.
• Prospect, follow‑up, negotiate and close leads into confirmed bookings and paid engagements.
• Develop strategic partnerships with corporate organisations, advertising/PR agencies, influencers, NGOs and event professionals.
• Create and coordinate engaging content for digital platforms to showcase the studio’s projects and client experiences.
• Use social media creatively to increase awareness, generate enquiries and drive bookings.
• Identify new markets and initiatives to grow revenue and strengthen market position.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, conversions and business development activities.

Required profile

• Smart, energetic and proactive professional with a commercial mindset.
• Comfortable taking initiative and driving results independently.
• Excellent sales, marketing and business development abilities.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of ₦100,000.
• 5 % commission on every successfully closed gig above ₦2 million.
