Sales Associate

About the role

Munez Healthcare Limited is looking for a proactive Sales Associate to promote its home healthcare services in Lagos. You will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Promote and sell home healthcare services to individuals, hospitals, HMOs, corporate organisations and other strategic partners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements, and follow up on leads to convert prospects into loyal clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
