Sales and Marketing Team Lead

About the role

FactBase Consulting Limited is hiring a Sales and Marketing Team Lead in Abuja (Marina). The role combines lead generation, relationship building with key partners, digital sales and reporting, with travel for client visits and field business development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new customers, generate quality leads and build strong business relationships with hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, event planners and other strategic partners.
• Promote company products, negotiate sales agreements and consistently achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
• Execute social media marketing initiatives and drive digital sales strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive sales reports, maintain accurate customer databases and follow up on prospective clients.
• Travel for client visits and field-based business development activities as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service or business development.
• An HND in marketing, business administration or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

What we offer

• A salary of NGN 150,000 to 250,000 per month, which is negotiable.
