Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Optisoft Technology Company Ltd, a Nigerian software and technology company offering the Ezone Core Banking Application and other digital solutions for financial institutions, is hiring a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist in Lagos. The role has a hybrid arrangement, combining onsite collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. It covers the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and supports product positioning in the microfinance and financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients and present Optisoft's solutions, including Ezone CBA and related products
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and support digital and traditional marketing initiatives
• Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals and maintain strong customer relationships
• Gather market intelligence and coordinate with technical and customer support teams
• Organize and deliver customer trainings, track sales performance metrics and give feedback on product and marketing strategy

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, fintech, banking or microfinance solutions
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently and collaborate across functions

Required skills

• Sales and sales management skills to drive revenue and manage pipelines
• Training skills to deliver product demos and user trainings
• Good understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, lead generation and brand positioning
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using CRM tools and productivity software
