Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

Health Assur HMO administers healthcare benefits and offers health insurance solutions to clients and partners. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive in Lagos. The role identifies and pursues new business, builds relationships with corporate and individual clients, and promotes the company's healthcare plans and services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and support market planning initiatives
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, manage sales pipelines and follow up on leads to close deals
• Develop and run marketing campaigns, create promotional materials and coordinate outreach events
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep the brand message consistent
• Track performance metrics, provide regular reports and suggest ways to improve customer acquisition and retention

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field preferred
• Relevant experience in health insurance, healthcare services or financial services is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional, ethical approach to client relationships

Required skills

• Sales: lead generation, negotiation and closing, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
• Marketing: campaign execution, brand promotion and basic digital marketing
• Communication: client engagement, presentations, proposal writing and internal collaboration
• Analytical ability, attention to detail and proficiency in common office and CRM software are beneficial
