Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

Vertex Realty Solutions Limited is hiring a Sales and Marketing Executive in Lagos (Marina) to promote its real estate products and services, generate and close sales leads and build lasting customer relationships. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market the company's real estate products and services.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and give accurate information on available properties.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and other marketing documents.
• Negotiate with clients and support the sales process through to closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences, and prepare periodic sales and marketing reports.
• Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, site inspections and marketing events, and ensure excellent customer service before, during and after sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Estate Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, and good presentation and persuasion abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong relationship management.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
