Sales Ambassador – Hotel Sales

About the role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer‑focused Sales Ambassador to promote our hotel’s rooms, facilities, packages, and events. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote hotel rooms, facilities, packages, events, and other services to prospective and existing clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, individuals, travel partners, and event planners.
• Respond promptly to sales enquiries and follow up on leads.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and promotional activities as required.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the hotel’s revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Events, and other departments to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, tourism, or related service industries is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building ability.
• Target‑driven, proactive, confident, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos market and ability to develop business leads.
• Presentable and able to represent the hotel professionally.
