Sales Agent – Forex & CFD Brokerage

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Present the company’s products and services confidently to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage and maintain your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow‑ups and conversions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and understand client needs.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and retention teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of proven telesales experience over the phone, preferably in a Forex or CFD brokerage firm (B2B or B2C).
• Knowledge of online trading platforms and financial markets is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive and energetic approach to work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
