About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Graduate Trainee to join our sales team and build a credible career in financial services. You will be exposed to the complexities of the insurance market and guide clients through the sales process of insurance products.
Key responsibilities
- Seek out new prospects and develop a client base through networking.
- Promote insurance products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Guide prospects through the sales process, understand their needs, handle objections and close deals.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales records and provide reports.
Required profile
- Excellent problem‑solving, critical reasoning and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑driven, passionate with high enthusiasm and strong business acumen.
- Good numeracy, planning and organisational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
What we offer
- Fixed monthly salary of 50,000.
- Commission on each insurance sale.
- Quarterly allowance, 13th month allowance, pension and HMO.
