Revenue Acquisition Manager – Corporate Sales (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Acquisition Manager to drive corporate sales for Recurpot’s covered meal subscription plan. The role focuses on prospecting, engaging decision‑makers and closing contracts to generate recurring revenue from companies with on‑site workforces in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect companies with on‑site employees in Lagos.
• Reach out to founders, CEOs, HR and admin leaders via calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and referrals.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand employee meal needs, budgets and existing arrangements.
• Present the subscription offering, handle objections, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and keep all prospect and customer activity up‑to‑date in CRM tools.
• Continuously pursue new revenue opportunities and manage the sales cycle from first contact to payment.

Required profile

• Based in Lagos and able to sell directly to local companies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence speaking to business decision‑makers.
• Comfortable with cold calling, rejection, follow‑ups, negotiation and persistent prospecting.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work without constant supervision.
• Willing to work on a revenue‑share model without a fixed monthly salary.
• Reliable internet access and ability to use online sales and CRM tools.
